A $500 refundable security deposit is required to secure your preferred event date. The outstanding balance must be remitted in full no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle, Cash App, business check, and all major credit/debit cards. Kindly note that processing fees may apply to electronic payments.

The renter assumes full responsibility for all guests, vendors, and activities during the event. Narlian Banquet Hall & Event Center shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage occurring during the event. Clients are responsible for obtaining event liability insurance . All vendors providing services (food, beverages, entertainment, etc.) must carry their own liability insurance. Proof may be required upon request.

Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to the event will receive a refund, Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
